Hi, I’m Tim. I’m the founder and owner of BinaryWired. I’ve been involved with computers since the 80s and have over 30 years of experience in the field of software and hardware. I learned to program by doing it as a hobby, but also from a large pile of books and from my MBO electronics education and HBO software engineering evening education. After working as an electrician for a short while, I turned my hobby into my profession and became a programmer. I’ve seen a lot in the field of software development: Financial-administrative for the staffing and employment services sector, 3D graphic effects for television, process guidance, optimization of aircraft maintenance planning, artificial intelligence, etc.

In 2012 I first learned to work with scrum and soon became the scrum master in the team. Scrum and agile have become a real passion of mine. I see it as a realistic way to mitigate risks in complex projects. That is why I specialized further in agile and scrum and became interested in coaching. Through this combination of software development and coaching I can offer help in a wide range of situations. I am analytically strong and there are few bugs that I have not been able to solve and love spread my knowledge and inspire others.

Unfortunately, I have seen that there are many misunderstandings in the world of software development. I hope that I can do something about that as a freelancer.
